A wonderful modernized Victorian Spacious attic apartment above the home of a local artist.
Your space has a european, clean, modern, style to it, and, is totally private from the rest of the home.
You will have a private entrance to the side of the house and which leads you through the elegant hall and laundry area, to the upper spacious 600 square foot attic studio space. A new queen size mattress on a custom iron bed frame ( and a new futon couch is also available in case you would like separate beds.)
We do share a new washer and dryer together, where your own entrance is also.
Owner lives on property and likes to give a lot of space and privacy to my guests and tend to be pretty private myself. I am here for you though 🙂
The space is very new, and is full of lovely details, modern glossy white cabinets in kitchen with carrera marble kitchen top and carrerra marble flooring in bathroom, maple floors all about, soft carpets. The entrance up to apartment are a spiraling custom maple staircase. The details are important here. This apartment is an extremely peaceful and serene space.
the vibe: Super clean, minimalist modern, white, but artistic, modern mixed with mid-century, antiques, fresh, clean, romantic, custom iron bed, maple floors, carrerra marble tops in kitchen and floors in bathroom.
The owner, artist and owner of a healing sanctuary and therapeutic space right downstairs, you are welcome to experience this too, by making an appointment on line.
Bedding for the sofa bed is automatically provided for 3 guests and over. If you have two guests but need the sofa bedding, there is additional bedding charge of $25/night. Please request 48 hours in advance. There is a $70.00 charge for more than 2 guests, (3 guest) no more than three guests allowed.
We do have very separate spaces.
