Located in east Boulder County, our property is conveniently centralized between Denver and Boulder. Many previous guests have loved the proximity to restaurants, micro breweries, major cities and concert venues.

Near Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center, Interlocken Business Park, 1st Bank Center in Broomfield, The Ballpark at Erie (softball/baseball tournaments), Sport Stable / New Ice Arena Boulder, University of Colorado Boulder, and believe it or not, even Downtown Denver is only 20-30 minutes away.

Lafayette offers many outdoor activities including designated walking/biking trails minutes from our door. All with lovely Rocky Mountain Views. There are locally owned retail shops and antique stores, restaurants, and 5 breweries to boot.

We provide two adult bicycles and helmets to boost your experience in active Colorado.

The home has a living room with two full size hide a bed couches, dining area with table for 8, eat in kitchen with updated cupboards and granite countertops. Upstairs has two bedrooms – a queen bedroom with a walk out deck with views of the Rocky Mountains, and a king bedroom with 42″ TV and lots of room to spare. The one bathroom is upstairs and is a full bath with tub, shower, toilet, sink.

We are 420 / Marijuana friendly inside and out, but we only allow cigarette and cigar smoking outside on any of the three decks. The home has air purifiers to assist in preventing lingering odors from previous guests.

PETS ARE WELCOME!! We have four dogs who live with us at the home when it is not being rented. There is a cute, 1200 sq ft backyard that some guests have referred to as a “dog run”. Plenty of room to do their business or just hang out. High fences and protected window wells. We have a small/medium doggy door you could use if you would like, plus some baby gates to wrangle your monsters in areas of the house that you prefer. There are two lovely dog parks close by – The Great Bark Dog Park on 119th St in Lafayette, Louisville Community Dog Park with a water pond for swimming, and a local taphouse where you and your dog can hang out together at Romero’s K9 Club and Taphouse.

There are also plenty of family friendly activies in Lafayette including the brand new outdoor Great Outdoors Waterpark just a 5 minute walk away, our local recreation center with indoor water park and lazy river at the Bob Burger Recreation Center (drop in fitness available for out of town guests to workout), and beautiful Waneka Lake with a trail that circles the lake and a boat house with paddle boat and paddle board rentals plus breathtaking views of the mountains and lots of bird watching including bald eagles, hawks, and owls.
