The Lazy J is a two+ acre gated property located in Modjeska Canyon in the heart of Orange County’s rural countryside. We are 15 minutes from OC’s cities, 25 minutes to Fwys, 45 minutes to beaches and Disneyland. It is situated at the end of a two mile tree-canopied country road (yes, it’s paved) surrounded by tree studded hillsides 20 miles inland from Laguna Beach at 1350′ elevation. Orange County’s best hiking and cycling trails are just a few steps from your doorstep. It is bordered by Modjeska Wilderness Park and Cleveland National Forest. There are no city sounds at night, but OC’s metro areas are 10-15 minutes away with more restaurants and things to do than you’ll have time for. The room is separate from the rest of the house, occupying the entire lower level exclusively with exterior entry and a private front porch overlooking trees and dramatic cliffs. Inside, there’s a queen sized bed, kitchenette with microwave and toaster ovens, fridge, dining room table, fireplace and full bath.
