The best hotel I have ever stayed at in NYC. From beginning to end it was nothing short of amazing. The service was top notch. Jimmy at reception made my birthday the best day ever. Booked room because of Spa amenity, spa was not working and was not given advance notice that it was out of order. Scheduled use with front desk and was told they would warm it up for me.
