Baltimore Vacations from $328

We were welcomed upon arriving and parking was easy enough after downloading app. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. There was no blow dryer like the listing said and took 2 calls and over 20 min to receive which pushed us to rush to the Opening Game. That night it rained so we thought we’d go to the bar. Was there for 10min and no one acknowledged us. So we went to the Club. Our key wouldn’t open the door. Went to restaurant and stood at counter with no acknowledgement for about 7 min. Now it’s pouring outside so we asked for window seats. After a while a woman gave us water as she explained she wasn’t the one to take care of us. We waited another 10 min with no service. We left. Walked back to room which was the furthest away from the elevator and walked to Hard Rock. Took about 5 min to get there but showed up as they closed their kitchen. Walked to Shake Shake and finally had dinner 1.25 hrs after trying at hotel. For such a nice hotel I expected the people who worked there to be attentive and act like they liked working there. I’ve stayed at the Hilton in Baltimore which was a lot better even if further from most of the activities. We will not be back to Baltimore if we can help it even though Capitol Grille and Blé Moon Cafes are so good.

We stayed at the Sagamore in Baltimore, and overall, it was a great experience. Check-in was quick, and our room was beautiful. However, we encountered a slight issue—the heat wasn’t working on Valentine’s Day, which was disappointing. The next day, Saturday, we brought it to the front desk’s attention, and they promptly upgraded us to a larger stateroom. From that point on, our stay was excellent. We truly appreciated how quickly they accommodated us and the great service we received.

The only problem was an elevator was not working.

Place was clean, staff were helpful and have great customer service, would recommend a good place to stay

I loved the location of this property with its location in walking distance of Fells Point and Little Italy. The room has great water views. The lobby was spacious and the bar/restaurant also had water views. The staff was friendly. The only negative for me was the shampoo/conditioner and soap. I did not like the charcoal scent. We had a great time!
